It shall be unlawful to operate a wrecking or salvaging business in the City of Florence; Provided, however, that any salvaging or wrecking business now in existence may continue operation provided they shall within sixty (60) days from the date of the adoption of this Code erect and maintain a closed board fence inside the property line of a height of not less than ten feet (10’), said fence to completely enclose said operation.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this article shall upon conviction thereof be fined in the sum of not more than Ten Dollars ($10.00), and each day of violation shall be considered a separate offense.
