The City Clerk shall keep a record of the permits issued under the provisions of this article, showing the date of issue, to whom issued, the name, age, sex and color of the deceased, and the number of the lot, block and addition.

Prior to the issuance of a burial permit the City Clerk shall charge and collect the following fees:

(a)   Regular permit fees for burial or re-interment according to the size of the grave opening:

Size 36” x 24” x 36”                                                  $550.00

Size 90” x 38” x 48”                                                  $550.00

(b)   Permit fee for interment of ashes of cremation             $250.00

(c)   Permit fee for disinterment, moving casket: Within Cemetery

Disinterment, moving casket                                       $750.00

Reburial                                                                    $550.00

(d)   Extra charges for Saturdays                                        $150.00

Extra charges for Sundays and Holidays                      $250.00

(e)   Extra charges for late service after 3:30 p.m.                $150.00
