Article 3. Zoning Regulations
17-301 Zoning regulations incorporated.
There are hereby incorporated by the reference as if set out fully herein, the zoning regulations adopted by the governing body of the City of Florence, Kansas, as prepared by the city and consisting of Ordinance Nos. 786 and 789 and entitled, “Zoning Regulations of the City of Florence, Kansas”. No fewer that three copies of the zoning regulations, shall be filed with the city clerk to be open for inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours.
Said regulations have subsequently been amended by Ordinance No. ___.
