The City shall not be held responsible for any order given by telephone, or for any mistake occurring from the want of precise and proper instructions as to the particular space, size or location in a lot where interment is desired.

The City reserves, and shall have, the right to correct any errors that may be made by them either on making interments, disinterment or removals, or in the description, transfer or conveyance of any interment property either by canceling such conveyance and substituting and conveying in lieu thereof other interment property of equal value and similar location as far as possible as may be selected by the City, or in the sole discretion of the City Governing Body, by refunding the amount of money paid on account of said purchase.

It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully and maliciously disturb, destroy, remove or attempt to remove any cornerstone in the City cemetery, or to willfully and maliciously destroy, disturb, remove or attempt to remove the fence by which said cemetery may be enclosed, or to drive any horse or any vehicle of any kind upon the cemetery ground, except upon the drives provided for such purpose. No domestic animals, other than service animals, allowed on the property of the cemetery grounds.

It shall be unlawful for any person to trespass upon the cemetery grounds whether laid off in blocks, lots or otherwise, or in or upon any building or buildings in such cemetery.
