(a)   The Florence Volunteer Fire Department answers fire calls both in the city limits and in certain adjoining rural areas. Charges maybe imposed on each fire call made to non-residents and to those persons who do not own any real estate in the area served -by the Florence Volunteer Fire Department. The charge shall be a minimum charge of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) for the first hour and FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) for each additional hour or part thereof.

(b)   Imposing charges for the Florence Volunteer Fire Department and the Florence Rescue truck will be set by resolution.
